Are signs weatherproof?

Yes as long as the powder coat or paint does not chip or scratch. I use mild steel that will rust if exposed to the elements. If your in need of a non rusting material I can offer stainless steel through custom quotes. Prices can be at least double for stainless steel.

My Item has been shipped but it hasn't been delivered?

There are circumstances that an item has been shipped but has not been delivered on its estimated delivery date. Unfortunately once it leaves the shop it is out of my control and I have no way of tracking it down. Your best option is to contact the courier that your item is being shipped with to find out where and why your package has been delayed. In most cases your item is on the way but is arriving late.

My sign arrived damaged!

Yeah it happens and it sucks! Don't worry, get in contact with me as soon as possible along with pictures of the damage and in most cases a replacement will be sent out.

Do you accept returns?

We don't accept returns on custom orders (ie: name signs, address signs, etc.) due to the amount of customization in each project. However if there is an issue with your sign please contact me as soon as possible and we can look at options to make sure I can provide you an option you will be happy with. Please allow at least 24hrs for me to respond.

I requested a proof but have not seen one yet?

If you haven't received a proof within 48hrs of ordering, please check your email SPAM folder.
If you still cant find it contact me and I'll get one over to you in your preferred method.
FYI orders that requested a proof will not cut until the proof is approved.

How long until my order ships?

Orders ship within 4-10 business days of ordering or proof approval depending on the desired finish, but most orders go out within a week. RAW finish orders go out much faster than a colored order.
